Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the added 0.86% to hit a new 52-week high.
The best performers of the session on the were Delek Drilling LP (TASE:), which rose 6.54% or 55 points to trade at 891 at the close. Meanwhile, Isramco Negev 2 LP (TASE:) added 5.83% or 3.5 points to end at 63.5 and Delek Group (TASE:) was up 4.57% or 2010 points to 46010 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Elbit Systems Ltd (TASE:), which fell 1.06% or 610 points to trade at 57140 at the close. Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:) declined 1.02% or 52 points to end at 5033 and Ormat Technologies (TASE:) was down 0.96% or 260 points to 26930.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 237 to 145 and 31 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 3.67% or 1.99 to $56.17 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 3.37% or 2.01 to hit $61.63 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.12% or 1.85 to trade at $1516.65 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.22% to 3.5292, while EUR/ILS rose 0.38% to 3.9411.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 97.018.
