Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.15%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.15%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT), which rose 12.14% or 28.5 points to trade at 263.3 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) added 1.14% or 5.8 points to end at 515.4 and Genmab (CSE:GMAB) was up 1.12% or 28.0 points to 2521.0 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which fell 4.45% or 28.8 points to trade at 618.2 at the close. Orsted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) declined 4.10% or 45.00 points to end at 1053.00 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) was down 2.93% or 39.0 points to 1290.0.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 69 to 60 and 23 ended unchanged.

Shares in Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) rose to 52-week highs; rising 12.14% or 28.5 to 263.3. Shares in GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) rose to all time highs; up 1.14% or 5.8 to 515.4.

Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.38% or 0.22 to $57.75 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.36% or 0.22 to hit $60.48 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.57% or 10.45 to trade at $1844.65 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.36% to 6.1488, while EUR/DKK rose 0.04% to 7.4373.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.41% at 90.575.
