Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.18%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.18% to hit a new 5-year high.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE:4140), which rose 6.03% or 6.60 points to trade at 116.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AlAhli Fund of REITs (SE:4338) added 5.90% or 0.72 points to end at 12.92 and Mouwasat Medical Services Company (SE:4002) was up 4.33% or 8.60 points to 207.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Nama Chemicals Co. (SE:2210), which fell 3.23% or 1.30 points to trade at 39.00 at the close. Saudi Cable Company (SE:2110) declined 2.69% or 0.54 points to end at 19.52 and Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SE:2190) was down 2.68% or 0.90 points to 32.70.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 125 to 87 and 13 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was down 1.08% or 0.95 to $87.20 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 1.08% or 0.96 to hit $88.30 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.45% or 8.10 to trade at $1803.10 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.31% to 4.2274, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7520.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.22% at 96.320.
